Bypass Oil Cleaner Filter Injection Molding Machine Filter

(1)Introduction

The BU100, BU50, BU30 series are highly flexible bypass oil filters. Their core function is to filter oil (such as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil) in the hydraulic systems/lubrication systems of various equipment through a bypass circuit, efficiently removing metal chips, colloids, and impurity particles. This prevents valve core jamming and component wear, while extending the service life of the equipment and the oil change interval.

(2)Product features

  • Adopts a bypass filtration structure, which does not affect the flow rate of the main oil circuit and is suitable for the continuous operation needs of equipment;
  • Stable filtration precision (1-25μm for regular use), capable of accurately trapping tiny impurities in oil;
  • The housing is mostly made of metal, featuring high pressure resistance (compatible with the hydraulic system pressure of most industrial equipment), impact resistance, and flexible installation methods;
