(1)Product Brief

Ceramic filter elements are filtration components sintered at high temperatures, primarily made from high-quality raw materials such as corundum sand, alumina, silicon carbide, cordierite, and quartz. Their internal structure features a large number of uniformly distributed open pores, characterized by easily controllable micropore size, high porosity, and uniform pore distribution

These filter elements offer low filtration resistance, excellent permeability, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, simple regeneration, and a long service life. As filtration and purification materials, they have been widely used in solid-liquid separation, gas purification, sound-attenuating water treatment, aeration, and other applications across industries including chemical engineering, petroleum, metallurgy, food processing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.

1. High filtration accuracy: It can be applied to the precise filtration of various media, with an ideal filtration accuracy of 0.1um and a filtration efficiency of over 95%.

2. High mechanical strength: It can be applied to the filtration of high-pressure fluids, with an ideal working pressure of up to 16MPa.

3. Good chemical stability: It has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis and can be used for filtration of strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide, etc.) and various organic solvents.

4. Good thermal stability: It can be applied to the filtration of high-temperature gases, such as flue gas, with a working temperature up to 900℃.

5. Easy operation: Continuous operation, long backblowing interval cycle, short backblowing time, and convenient for automated operation.

6. Good cleaning condition: Porous ceramics themselves are odorless, non-toxic, and do not shed foreign substances, making them suitable for filtering sterile media. The filter can be sterilized by high-temperature steam

7. Long service life: Due to its excellent performance and stability, the service life of ceramic sintered filter elements is relatively long. Under normal usage conditions, simply cleaning or replacing the filter element regularly can ensure its long-term stable operation.

Drinking water purification: It is used to remove various impurities, bacteria, viruses, etc. from water to ensure the safety of drinking water.

Wastewater treatment: During the wastewater treatment process, ceramic sintered filter elements can effectively remove pollutants from water, reduce the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in wastewater, and improve water quality.
