Hydraulic In-line Filter: Standard Series & Compatible Interchangeable Options-TR

Inline filters are mounted on the pipelines of hydraulic and lubrication systems, widely used for fluid purification. Our product range is divided into two main categories: domestic standard series and compatible interchangeable series for imported machinery. The lineup covers high-pressure filtration, low-pressure return filtration, suction filtration and duplex continuous filtration, suitable for CNC machines, metallurgy, wind power, die casting, mining, marine and other hydraulic power packs.

1. Domestic Standard In-line Filters (standard system)

Domestic standard filters feature great universality, stable delivery and cost advantages. They are widely adopted for local hydraulic equipment and circuit renovation projects.

1.1 High-pressure pressure line filters (after pump outlet, for servo & proportional valve protection)

Models: ZU-H / QU-H, PLF, PLFA series Max working pressure up to 32 MPa, built-in bypass valve, visual or electric differential indicators available. Installed on high-pressure pipelines after hydraulic pumps to trap hard particulate contaminants and protect precision downstream components. It is a classic high-pressure filtration solution for domestic hydraulic stations.

1.2 Low-pressure return line filters (tank return side)

Models: RFA, RF, SRFA, SRLF duplex return filters Working pressure ≤1.6 MPa generally. Installed on return pipelines to collect contaminants generated in the whole circuit. SRFA and SRLF adopt duplex design for online element switching without system shutdown, ideal for non-stop production. Some versions come with magnetic inserts to capture ferrous wear debris.

1.3 Suction line filters (upstream of pump inlet)

Models: WU, XU, ISV, TF self-sealing suction filters High flow rate with low pressure drop to reduce pump cavitation risk. Installed between oil tank and pump inlet to block large debris and protect the pump. The self-sealing design minimizes oil spillage during element replacement.

1.4 Other domestic filter types

DF sandwich-mounted filters, CGQ magnetic inline filters, RLF large-flow return filters for compact valve blocks and large-flow lubrication circuits.

2. Compatible Interchangeable In-line Filters for Imported Equipment

To solve long lead time and high cost of spare parts for imported machinery, we develop compatible filter assemblies. Dimensions, bypass cracking pressure, filtration efficiency and port layout match the original installation requirements, fitting existing pipelines without circuit modification.

Note: These are self-produced compatible spare parts, NOT original brand products, and no official brand authorization is held.

2.1 High-pressure pressure line filters

Designed for high-pressure circuits of imported equipment. These filters have a high pressure rating, mostly with threaded ports. Integrated bypass structure and electric differential indicators are optional. They are installed after pumps to protect precision hydraulic components.

2.2 Low-pressure return line filters

Commonly used in mobile machinery and gearbox lubrication return circuits. Lightweight aluminum housing with clogging indicator.

2.3 Suction line filters

For suction line purification of imported construction machinery and offshore hydraulic systems. Low pressure drop and high flow design to protect hydraulic pumps.

2.4 Duplex continuous-duty filters

Duplex high-pressure structure with one filter in service and one standby. Online switching is supported for continuous production lines in metallurgy and power plants.

Accessories & Custom Service

Matching filter elements, differential indicators and seal kits are available. Custom pressure rating, SAE flange, special thread (NPT / BSPT), special seals (FKM / EPDM), coating and laser marking service are supported. Bubble point test reports, inspection certificates and 3D drawings can be provided.

For inline filter selection, please send us your working pressure, flow rate, fluid medium, installation position (pump outlet / return / suction), and whether online element replacement is required.
