Phenolic resin bonded filter cartridge is a rigid depth filter media. Fibers are impregnated and cured with phenolic resin to form a self-supporting graded porosity structure. Unlike soft filter cartridges, this rigid matrix avoids fiber shedding and deformation under high temperature, pressure and viscous fluid conditions.
Gradient pore design achieves outer coarse and inner fine filtration: large particles are trapped on the outer layer while fine impurities are intercepted deep inside, maximizing dirt holding capacity and extending service life. It works steadily in hot oil, solvent, paint, ink and lubricant purification.
