Structure & Material: The suction filter element is mainly composed of an inner frame, a metal folded filter layer and a threaded end cover. Common filter layer materials: 304/316 stainless steel (the most widely used, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant), end cover and inner frame materials include: nylon, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Filtration Performance: Common Filter element mesh size is 20-200 mesh (75-740 microns), filtration efficiency up to 95%. Threaded connection (NPT/BSP/G/M etc) is precision-machined; some high-end models have bypass valves for easy maintenance and stable operation.
