(1)Introduction
The RF filter are used for fine filtration of return oil in hydraulic systems, removing metal particles generated by component wear and rubber impurities from seals and other contaminants, keeping the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean.
1. This filter can be directly installed on the fuel tank cover plate or installed through a pipe.
2. It is equipped with a filter element contamination and blockage signal device and a bypass valve to ensure the reliability of hydraulic communication. When the filter element is blocked by contaminants or the system liquid temperature is too low, or the flow pulsation causes the inlet oil pressure to reach 0.35MPa, the signal device will send a signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced or the temperature should be increased in time. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately to handle these faults, The bypass valve set on the filter element will open automatically (with an opening pressure of 0.4MPa).
3. The filter element is made of glass fiber material, featuring high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss and large dirt-holding capacity.
