Maintaining stable oil cleanliness is essential to extend the service life of pumps, valves and actuators in hydraulic power systems. The RFB series direct return magnetic filter is a widely adopted tank-mounted return filtration solution for industrial hydraulic circuits.
Different from common inline filters, the RFB filter assembly is designed for direct installation on the top, side or bottom of the hydraulic oil tank. The filter head stays outside the tank while the filter cartridge body is submerged into oil, which greatly simplifies pipeline layout and saves installation space.

Magnetic Filtration
One standout feature of the RFB return filter is its built-in permanent magnet. It captures ferromagnetic wear particles above 1μm generated from metal component friction before the oil passes through the FBX filter element.
Self-Sealing Valve
The self-sealing check valve is integrated inside the filter housing. When you replace the FBX filter element, the valve closes automatically to stop oil draining out of the reservoir.

RFB magnetic return filters are commonly used in engineering machinery, metallurgical equipment, injection molding machines, mining hydraulic stations and power auxiliary systems.
