XNL Series in-tank Return Filter-TR

Ⅰ Product Overview

XNL series is in-tank self-sealing magnetic return filter, a standard style hydraulic return filtration solution. The filter housing is mounted on the top cover of hydraulic oil tank, matched with NLX series filter element. It performs fine filtration on returning hydraulic oil, captures solid contaminants generated by component wear, keeps oil clean, protects hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders, and extends service life of hydraulic oil and equipment. Built-in magnet can adsorb ferrous metal particles.

Ⅱ Core Function & Working Principle

  • [1] Return-line fine filtration: intercept metal particles, rubber debris and dust before oil flows back to tank;
  • [2] Self-sealing valve: automatically seals oil passage while replacing NLX element, no oil spill, no oil draining required for maintenance;
  • [3] Differential pressure indicator: sends alarm signal at 0.35MPa pressure drop, remind element replacement;
  • [4] Bypass safety valve: opens at 0.4MPa to guarantee oil supply if the element is blocked and not replaced timely;
  • [5] Magnetic capture: built-in magnet rod captures ferrous contaminants, reduce element burden and extend dirt holding life.
