Product Description
Inline Filter: Key Advantages & Applications
Core Advantages
-
Low pressure loss & high flow adaptability
The straight-through flow channel minimizes fluid detour, with a pressure loss of ≤0.02MPa. The filter element’s effective area is 7–10 times the pipeline cross-sectional area, adapting to high flow rates (up to 2400m³/h for some models), suitable for high-flow working conditions.
-
Easy maintenance & low cost
The filter element can be directly disassembled for cleaning/replacement, completed by one person in 2–10 minutes. Some models with bypass valves support "online maintenance" without shutdown. Its simple structure and mature manufacturing process result in lower procurement and operation costs than complex filters.
-
Wide working condition compatibility
Materials (e.g., stainless steel, Hastelloy) allow adaptation to temperatures of -196°C to 600°C and pressures of 0.1–40MPa, handling various media like water, oil, and corrosive liquids (e.g., caustic soda).
-
Flexible installation
Available in Y-type, T-type, basket-type, etc., it supports horizontal/vertical installation. Interfaces comply with universal flange standards, enabling quick integration into pipeline systems in narrow spaces.
Main Applications
-
Equipment protection: Installed before pumps, compressors, and instruments to filter solid impurities in fluids, preventing equipment blockage and wear, and stabilizing production processes.
-
Industry scenarios:
- 1.Chemical/petroleum: Filter particles in raw materials and solvents to ensure the safety of reactors, etc.
- 2.Food/pharmaceutical: Filter production water, syrup, etc., to meet hygiene standards.
- 3.Refrigeration/heating: Filter sediment in low-temperature media (liquid ammonia) and circulating water to prevent heat exchanger blockage.
- 4.Water supply & drainage: Trap rust and sediment in municipal water supply/building pipelines to protect valves and water meters.
