Product Description

The working principle of the filter element is to use electrodes to capture contaminants in the oil. The contaminant particles dispersed and suspended in the oil can be classified into positively charged, negatively charged and neutral particles according to their different charges. Positively and negatively charged particles can be attracted to opposite electrodes (electrophoresis phenomenon). In a non-uniform electric field, uncharged (neutral) particles move through polarization. This is due to the special pleated filter element collector of the filter element, which changes the internal electric field, intensifies part of the electric field, and enables neutral particles that were originally not moving to be attracted and move towards that area (the phenomenon of dielectrophoresis).
